SAG Actor Awards 2026: Fashion—Live From the Red Carpet

The 2026 SAG Awards are officially underway in Los Angeles—and they’ve rebranded! Please welcome to the stage the 2026 Actor Awards, hosted by Kristen Bell at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall.

Let’s turn our attention to the red carpet, shall we? For the first time, the event comes with a dress code: “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour from the ’20s and ’30s.” We have high hopes that the very fashionable set of nominees—Chase Infiniti, Teyana Taylor, Emma Stone, and Ariana Grande among them—will live up to the early Hollywood brief. The men will surely deliver, too: stylish actors including Timothée Chalamet, Michael B. Jordan, Jacob Elordi, and Paul Mescal are all up for an award.

But the Actor Awards always deliver on the fashion. Last year, Chalamet delivered his now-famous speech about ambition while wearing an acid green button-down and a bolo tie. Red statement dresses ruled the carpet: Danielle Deadwyler wore a geometric Louis Vuitton dress and Anna Sawai opted for structured, bejeweled Armani Privé. And, of course, no red carpet nowadays is complete without a vintage fashion flex. Givenchy opened the archives for Cynthia Erivo, who wore a silver woven raffia dress from fall 1997 couture.
