Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The most iconic hotel in Antibes. It’s about 30 minutes from the Croisette in Cannes, and where I stay when I’m there for the festival.

After checking into the hotel, Staudinger hit up a few of her favorite restaurants for a bite. On her list? La Colombe D’Or Hotel and Restaurant, and La Petite Maison, the French-Mediterranean hotspot that actually catered Staudinger’s wedding. “I always try to have a meal [there] when I’m back in town,” Staudinger says. Of course, no trip to Cannes would be complete without some shopping either. “The fashion mood in Cannes is refined, effortless, chic, and nostalgic,” says Staudinger. As for what to wear, her advice is simple: “Overpack.” Staundinger hit up classic Cannes shops like Forville Market, La Verrerie de Biot for glassware, and Chapellerie Tesi for perfect beach hats. “It’s been around since the late 1800s,” says Staudinger.
