Because we chose to get married in the pretty remote destination of Patagonia, we wanted our guests to feel welcomed and well taken care of, so we placed a billboard at Bariloche Airport, greeting our friends with our Star Wars–inspired fileteado (a typical style from Buenos Aires) sign. We used this in various elements of the wedding, from custom wine bottles and playing cards to travel tags and more.

Our three-day celebration, just before the start of the New Year, kicked off with a gaucho (Argentinian cowboy)-inspired picnic at Estancia Arroyo Verde. I ve spent countless summers there. For me, it s the most beautiful place in the world!

Here I am with my two sisters. I wanted to steal Catalina s spurs and hat the moment I saw her that morning, and Lucia looked so ravishing at five-months pregnant, dancing and celebrating with us all throughout the week. My gaucho look was designed by my favorite Argentinian designer and friend, Martin Churba.

The festivities called for four different dress codes. This was cause for a more than a few cries of alarm when invites were first sent out, but all of the looks were a huge success. It was funny to see everyone’s own interpretation of gaucho. Here are Constance Jablonski and her boyfriend Imad Izemrane in their Texan gaucho looks.
