Vanessa and Natalia Bryant on Kindness, Strength, and Their Mother-Daughter Friendship
Released on 04/22/2021
People may not remember what you did
or may not remember what you said,
but they ll remember how you made them feel.
And so that s the lesson that I ve always taken,
I ve carried throughout my life.
You re the strongest person I ve ever known.
We connect on a whole different level
and I feel like that s rare
in mother-daughter relationships.
I wish that I had someone like you when I was growing up.
You re like the constant North Star to all your friends.
Anything handwritten and meaningful from your heart
is the best gift.
I think the way you go about life and you always look
for the positive side in any situation,
you taught that to me at a young age
and I ve always carried that with me.
[Vanessa] You always try to find the goodness in people
and in every situation, so I admire that.
[Natalia] You ve always been my rock my entire life.
[Vanessa] That s what I really, really cherish.
