Hailey Bieber won’t step a style foot wrong, even for a workout class. The latest addition to her pilates uniform? The incredibly sold-out slipper from husband Justin Bieber’s streetwear brand SKYLRK.
The Rhode founder was spotted heading to the super exclusive Forma Pilates in Los Angeles (a workout studio that’s harder to get into than Soho House, or Raya) wearing a tested-and-true exercise class fit: A sheer off-the-shoulder long-sleeve top over a matching black sports bralette, and a pair of mini, high-rise bike shorts by her favored activewear brand Alo. She accessorized with a thick white headband, giving the whole look a real ’80s, Jane Fonda-esque aesthetic.
Except what was on her feet was decidedly more futuristic and alienesque. Bieber slipped on a pair of bulbous vanilla mules by SKYLRK—her pair were part of the brand’s first drop, having launched earlier this month. Justin’s first release of streetwear pieces and footwear sold out within minutes. While the collection holds some eye-popping colors, Hailey opted for a classic tone to fit with her own personal style.
On previous occasions, Bieber has strutted out of class in her trusty pair of ballerina Mary Janes from The Row, and classic chunky new balance sneakers. For accessories, she’ll often sling a Saint Lauren tote over her shoulder.
This time, Bieber opted for The Row’s Small Park Tote Bag in grained calfskin leather—not particularly practical if you’re like the rest of us who have to cart our work uniforms and packed lunches around with us, but hey ho.
It’s not the first time Hailey has stepped out wearing her husband’s designs either. Earlier this month, she wore a yellow Skylrk beach robe during her own lemon-toned Rhode brand trip to Mallorca.
Having Hailey Bieber divest herself of her beloved shoe rotation to add your brand into her style lexicon? A serious marketing asset, and sign of endless love of course.
