Do our eyes deceive us? Did Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber—reigning king and queen of the “Overdressed GF, Underdressed BF” trope—coordinate their outfits? The photos don’t lie. The Biebers did, in fact, match on an outing to pick up pizza in Los Angeles.
Both Biebers followed this outfit formula when grabbing dinner: light wash baggy jeans; a fitted, light-colored top; an oversized jacket; and gold jewelry. But with their distinct personal styles, each half of the power couple put their own spin on the shared color palette.
While Hailey has had a summer filled with scarlet minidresses and LBDs, the skincare mogul is opted for a pair of loose blue jeans, a taupe cropped polo shirt, an oversized black leather bomber jacket from Worn Vintage (a favorite of hers), and a pair of pointy-toed flat shoes which matched her top. Bieber carried a russet brown woven Bottega Veneta Bauletto bag. (While this is a top handle, Bieber also has the bag in pouch form, which has become one of her signatures.) Bieber added some feminine touches to her look with her large, diamond-encrusted “B” bubble bauble, and a pair of gold statement earrings.
Justin Bieber, for his part, matched his beloved’s color palette to a T. The “Peaches” singer wore a pair of baggy, light-wash denim cargo pants, a white tank top, a gold chain, and an oversized warm brown hoodie that paired well with Hailey’s purse. Never one to abandon his personal style, Bieber wore a pair of bug-eyed sunglasses and a backwards cap. The only non-neutral between the couple belonged on Justin’s feet: a pair of bright green rubber boots. Thankfully, Hailey has a Bottega bag to match to those, too.
