After a brief, PDA-filled trip to New York for the US Open, Kylie Jenner returned to her home turf in Los Angeles to model one of the fall s most anticipated trends: colorful tights. Jenner matched her bright white Calzedonia stocks to her strappy kitten heels, modeling a look reminiscent of a toddler after ballet class.
While the tights seem like they could just as easily (if not more believably) have belonged on her 5-year-old daughter, Stormi, Jenner gave the look an adult update. She left a meeting in L.A. wearing a nude ruched bodycon Atlein dress from the brand s fall 2023 ready-to-wear collection. While the white tights and strappy heels that, in most cases, would be worn barefoot, seem like an out-of-character pairing for Jenner, it s worth noting that the reality star and makeup mogul styled her outfit almost identically to how it appeared on the runway.
With her hair in a black claw clip, Jenner finished the look with a coordinating white purse with a silver kiss clasp, and funnily enough, a black oversized Bottega Veneta woven tote for the rest of her belongings (save for some spare change, which is all I imagine she could fit in her tiny bag).
Jenner has been experimenting with her personal style lately, swapping out her humdrum bright colors and logomania for more subdued hues and dynamic silhouettes. If this is her avant garde take on balletcore, I m excited to see where she s heading next.
