Margot Robbie stepped out to support her Heathcliff—appearing at a Netflix Tastemaker screening of Frankenstein at the Netflix Tudum Theater in Los Angeles to take up hosting duties.
The actor, who appears opposite Jacob Elordi in Emerald Fennell’s forthcoming feature film Wuthering Heights, moderated an onstage panel with Frankenstein director Guillermo Del Toro and cast that included Elordi, Mia Goth, and Oscar Isaac. Fennell was also present in the audience—a real period, gothic cinema love-in.
For the occasion, Robbie wore a pair of blue faded straight-leg jeans with Ferragamo peep toe mules with a brown tortoise finish, and a vintage John Galliano fuzzy cuffed jacket with a swirling print and toggle clasps. She wore her signature blonde hair in loose, long waves.
The Frankenstein crew kept to their Gothic all-blacks: Elordi in straight-leg black jeans, a classic white tee, and a leather Bottega Veneta jacket, while Goth opted for a plunging black Dior mini-dress. Isaac wore a relaxed black suit.
The Jeans and a nice top style mantra is a regular occurrence in the Margot Robbie wardrobe rotation, a lover of elevated wardrobe staples from Entire Studios, Bottega Veneta outerwear, and Chloé separates. Recently, she debuted some gray Phoebe Philo jeans, but also defers to Levi’s, low-rise Saint Laurent numbers, and a pair of leg-elongating flared jeans. When she’s not on the press circuit, Margot’s jeans plus top style has landed her among the Zoë Kravitzes and Dakota Johnsons of the world for her relatable street-style inspo.
As Margot Robbie goes to show, a pair of strong denim and a special vintage piece works for every occasion.
