Manu Ríos Embraced Heatwave Style at the Saint Laurent Show

Yesterday in Paris, Saint Laurent hosted its spring 2026 menswear show, and the front row was filled with impeccably-dressed heartthrobs. (Many of them wearing the label’s saucy thigh-high boots, no less.) Stars like Rami Malek, The Dare, and Manu Ríos filled out the VIP section, where they took in designer Anthony Vaccarello’s new assortment of summery tailoring. “The seamless blend of art, great music, and fashion presented with such elegance and taste—it was truly inspiring,” says Ríos, who captured his show day for Vogue. “The music… it was great. The mix of sound and setting made everything feel really unique.”
Given the Spanish star—who rose to fame on the series Elite—is no stranger to rocking a sleek Saint Laurent outfit, he admits he had his sights set on a few different looks during the presentation. Namely, he was inspired by the fresh styling approach to the pieces. “I loved the tie tucked into the shirt—it’s such a simple touch, but it looked so cool,” he says. “I’m definitely going to try that out.” For his own look, though, Ríos had the challenge of trying to find a suitable show look that was also heatwave-ready. “I wanted to be comfortable and stay as cool as possible—it’s incredibly hot in Paris right now,” says Ríos.
His answer to dressing for the heat? By also bringing the heat: Ríos opted for an all-white ensemble that saw a traditional dress shirt and tie layered underneath a white tank top. “I liked the idea of going for an all-white look, stepping away from the all-black outfits I usually love and wear often,” says Ríos. “White felt elegant, fresh, and a little unexpected. Still chic, but with a different vibe.” He says the more clean and minimal aesthetic has been his summer style vibe as of late. “I really prioritize feeling comfortable,” he says. “Lately I’ve been experimenting more with color, prints, different layers—just having fun mixing things up. But above all, I need to feel confident and at ease in what I’m wearing.”
Up next, Ríos will be taking a pause from fashion week fun to promote some of his upcoming acting projects. He has a slew of new films and TV episodes approaching. “The second season of Respira is coming to Netflix soon, and this year I’ve also been lucky enough to shoot two wonderful films: Mi Querida Señorita and Daydrinker,” says Ríos. The latter movie was a real dream-come-true moment for the actor. “I had the chance to act alongside Johnny Depp and Penélope Cruz—two actors I’ve admired since I was a kid,” he says. “I grew up watching their films, and in many ways, they’re part of what made me fall in love with cinema and this profession. It’s been a really special experience.”
