24 Hours of Skincare and Salmon for Dinner With Sofia Richie Grainge

If you’re a regular person, your day might begin with coffee or a ritual re-snoozing of the alarm clock; if you’re Sofia Richie Grainge, though, it starts with a trip to the home gym for an 8 a.m. workout (as it turns out, some pre-wedding rituals stick even after the rings are exchanged). It tastes like strawberry lemonade, but with alcohol.

Really, can I try it? Yeah.

Doesn t that taste so good?

Oh my God, that s so good.

Isn t that so good?

[chill music]

Hey Vogue, it s Sofia.

Welcome to my house.

Come join me for the day.

[upbeat music]

Before my wedding, I worked out once, twice a week.

And then when I got engaged I was like,

this is my moment to feel my best.

So I really amped it up.

And now I can t get out of it.

[Instructor] One. Woo.

That one time Elliot did Pilates with us he almost cried.

[Instructor] Oh, he left the room a couple times.

[dynamic music]

I wanted to kind of show you guys

how I get ready for my day.

This is from my facialist.

It just kind of makes my makeup

sit really nicely on my face.

The natural makeup started with

the whole heavy makeup s not working for me

because it s making my skin so bad.

So I had to find a routine

that worked helping my skin be healthy.

This is it.

This is our Brentwood home meetings look.

All right, let s get this day started.

Let s go.

[dynamic music]

Hello! Hello, Sofia.

Hi, how are you? Good.

Morning. Hey, bestie.

Today we are doing my favorite thing to do every day,

which is meet with my team to work on this project

that we ve been working on for months.

It s top secret-ish.

We are creating this beautiful clothing line

that brings out how I feel the most comfortable dressing.

Okay, these are cashmere colors.

Let me know if you like any of these.

And is this how it would feel,

or is this just based off of color?

[Designer] These are just the color chips.

Just colors, yeah, okay.

My goodness. I know.

It really didn t feel like 80 pieces.

And now seeing it all mapped out

on these papers is really crazy.

We really did this.

And we did it fast.

I m so excited about it.

I feel like we really killed it.

It s awesome.

[birds chirping]

All right, now that that meeting is over with,

I thought it d be fun for us to go to Doen

cause it s so hot out, and buy a cute little summer dress.

So let s hit it.

[dynamic music]

I m not gonna lie to you guys,

I was here last week.

But, they have a lot of new stuff in

since the last time I ve been here.

I m going to Palm Springs.

It s 105.

And a lot of my dresses are thicker material.

So I just figured we d pull some fun stuff to try.

Extra small.

That is not the truth for me.

Small.

Feeling cute.

This is a perfect summer dress.

Everything can breathe.

Palm Springs ready.

I m gonna try on one more for you.

Okay.

I didn t know if I was gonna love this, but I m obsessed.

That s all I m going for this summer

is just being comfortable.

It s been interesting being watched as a young kid.

People have seen my evolution

of just different stages I was in in life.

I m really proud of where I am now

because I m expressing myself through my clothing.

I m not influenced by anyone.

I just really feel me.

Well, thank you guys so much.

I ll probably see you in the week

because I come here all the time.

All right, guys.

I m headed back home to do a quick phone call for work.

But I m gonna start prepping for dinner.

And I m gonna catch you guys there.

Guys, what do you want for dinner?

[Jake] What are the three options?

It s pasta, salmon, and what?

[Sofia] Salad.

Oh, let s do pasta and salmon.

And salad. [Jake laughs]

All right, we ve got it, it s all three.

Jake, who wants to help me set the table?

I ll help. It s only Jake.

I feel so relaxed.

I feel like I m finally in a place where I can breathe

and just relax with my husband.

Thank you.

Being married is the best.

I m obsessed with Elliot.

When we re together, it s just calm and quiet.

So this house to us feels that way.

[upbeat music]

We re in the kitchen.

We all kind of have a job now.

I feel like you guys are panicking.

So right now I m just grounding up these pieces of garlic.

I d like to hear what you re doing too.

Well, we re salmoning all over the place.

Can you tell it s the first time we ve had it?

This is definitely the first time we ve all cooked together.

This shall be interesting.

[Alice] Wait, you put the pasta in already?

[Sofia] Oh God, you guys.

Ali, what do you mean you put the pasta in?

I did not see a rolling boil.

How do you mess up pasta?

I didn t, it was boiling.

Fun fact for you.

The girl that put the pasta into the water too early.

Do you wanna tell them a fun fact about yourself?

I went to Cordon Bleu, the chef school.

[all laughing]

[upbeat music]

Why is there an octopus on the table, Elliot?

I wanted to deliver it to my cousin Jake.

[Jake] Thanks, EG.

I appreciate it.

[Alice] Wow, he s so pretty.

I m so happy you could join us.

That s really good. Slayed it, right?

Jake s wearing your apron.

[Jake] Oh yeah.

Sorry, do you mind?

That s my apron. I know, I m sorry.

I ve explained that Jake s not our cousin.

Oh right, yeah, Jake s not our cousin.

[all laughing]

I said I felt much calmer.

Now that the wedding stuff is over.

I would agree with that.

Cheers to summer.

Friends, family.

Laughter, sunlight.

Thanks for making dinner.

Love you guys.

I m gonna walk you out

cause it is time to shut this house down.

Come on.

Thank you guys so much for coming along with me today.

I had the best time.

And I hope you guys have the best summer.

[Sofia smooches]
