With vintage fashion from eBay, the story goes.

[jazzy music]

He a free man.

Dandy.

Sweeter than the church ladies

lint covered pieces of butterscotch candy.

Son of a preacher man, dressed to the nines.

It s showtime.

Legacy stitched and draped in vintage golden threads

beyond the Sunday sunrise.

Growing up in the south, one thing I know to be true,

is you gonna show up to church looking your sharpest.

The three piece suits, the alligator boots.

That is what my grandmother taught me,

what my mother taught me, what my father taught me.

Clothes have history, they have lineage.

You know, when I buy vintage pieces from eBay,

it s like I get to give them a new story.

[dynamic music]

Hmm.

If you could huh, you could hear, listen.

Excellence running through our veins with intention.

Black hands and Black mind.

Pressed pants, black tie, gold teeth.

Black pride is my stride.

It s electric.

Slide down the streets that we made our runways.

It s infectious.

Living in New York City sparks my individuality

and the person I wanna become.

I think where I m at in my journey of fashion

is really embracing the most confident,

most evolved version of myself.

This is a legacy like the ones who came before

paved the way, opened doors.

Give them their flowers.

Nothing less, always more.

I am culture, marinated galore.

[jazzy music]

See with me, when it comes to fashion,

I am always exploring and evolving.

I ve allowed myself to embody masculine and feminine energy.

When I shop on eBay and memories flood in of my childhood,

whether it s a broach that my mother may wear,

you get to create a new story.

Like, it s on you now, what you gonna do with it?

What is the new life, what is the new meaning?

There are no rules.

You do it your way.
