While there are, yes, plenty of people tuning in to the 2026 Super Bowl to actually, you know, see the game, the rest of us are 100% there for the Bad Bunny halftime show—and, of course, the very best commercials that the advertising industry was capable of coming up with. This year, they include cameos from Emma Stone, Charli XCX, Andy Samberg, Taika Waititi and many, many more. See all the most entrancing, weirdly effective ads from Super Bowl LX below:
Emma Stone for Squarespace
Is it jarring to see Stone in a Super Bowl ad instead of a moody and provocative Yorgos Lanthimos film? Kind of, but it’s also extremely fun, especially thanks to the Lanthimos-directed spot’s genuinely funny fake-PSA format.
Ben Affleck (and so many more) for Dunkin’
A spoof of Good Will Hunting, reimagining it as a ’90s sitcom starring virtually every ’90s sitcom star (Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Jason Alexander, Alfonso Ribeiro, Ted Danson, Jaleel White) you can think of? Sure!
Charli XCX and Rachel Sennott for Poppi
I’ll be honest; I have never drunk a Poppi prebiotic soda in my life. But if they’re going to sign talent like Charli and Sennott for their Super Bowl ad, I might have to start.
Backstreet Boys for T-Mobile
Is this T-Mobile commercial featuring perhaps the most pivotal aughts boy band in cultural memory a pretty blatant example of millennial nostalgia bait? Yes, and it’s working (on me, at least).
Elijah Wood for Skittles
Fresh off a genuinely excellent cameo as himself on I Love LA (Sennott’s name rears its head again!), Wood is apparently in the candy-endorsing business now, complete with a curly wig and unicorn horn.
Sabrina Carpenter for Pringles
“I’m so tired of boys. I need a man,” complains Carpenter in this Super Bowl spot (you said it, sister!) before falling for…a man-shaped pile of Pringles who accompanies her to red carpet events and on romantic drives down the coast? Sure.
Lay’s
Okay, did Don Draper write this ad or what? Because why in living hell am I tearing up at the father-daughter message behind a chips ad?
Taika Waititi for Pepsi
A polar bear?? In therapy? I’ve seen enough: Clio Award immediately.
Ben Stiller and Benson Boone for Instacart
If you’ve ever thought, Let Ben Stiller do a silly little voice and dance! you’re in luck. That’s exactly what this grocery-delivery ad features, and it was directed by Spike Jonze… so technically, it’s creatively enriching you as you watch it.
Andy Samberg and Elle Fanning for Hellmann’s
Stop everything, because I’m fairly sure this mayo spot was filmed at L.A.’s iconic Canter’s Deli, where I go for hungover matzo ball soup at least once a week. I could be wrong about this, but I’m definitely not wrong about Samberg’s rewrite of “Sweet Caroline” (”Sweet Sandwich Time”) being a bit of a bop!
Adrien Brody for TurboTax
Okay, TurboTax, you don’t need to sell me this hard on your product (I obviously can’t afford to hire an accountant), but I love the committed energy of getting a suited-up Brody to extol its virtues in black and white.
