Chase Infiniti has officially arrived at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards.
The actor—nominated for outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role for One Battle After Another tonight—dressed the part of a leading lady in a custom nude body-hugging Louis Vuitton mermaid dress.
If the actor appeared to be covered in sparkles, that was thanks to the 92,000 crystals knitted into the fabric of the dress. Needless to say, that took some time: the dress took 300 hours to make, with an additional 40 hours dedicated to Infiniti’s glittering headpiece. She added to the sparkle dangling DeBeers earrings and rings.
Infiniti’s look called to mind two legendary forebears. While the rhinestones and headpiece evoked Rihanna in the netted, Swarovski crystal-covered Adam Selman dress and matching hat—the genesis of modern naked dressing—that she wore to the 2014 CFDA Awards, the mermaid flare and the nude shade also reminded us of Tyla’s Balmain sand sculpture dress at the 2024 Met Gala.
While Chase Infiniti is a style star all her own, she’s in great sartorial company at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards.
