Our obsession with off-duty supermodel style is almost as old as the term supermodel itself. Earlier this week, we saw Cindy Crawford sporting her signature combination of a white T-shirt, stylish jeans and Adidas Sambas–and now Gigi Hadid has offered up the new-gen super equivalent, accentuated by her freshly chopped bob.
Hadid was spotted running errands in New York City wearing a sleek, all-black look–her preferred attire for professional engagements. She paired a knitted sweater with a sharp blazer (with the collar popped, naturally), skin-tight Lycra leggings, oval-framed sunglasses and a top-handle Miu Miu bag. Completing her ensemble were platform loafers adorned with chain details and paired with white socks that added a subtle contrast.
While Gigi Hadid often embraces vibrant, slouchy pieces such as knitted beanies and baggy jeans for more casual outings, she consistently opts for an all-black ensemble when out and about for work, particularly during fashion week. This latest look, though, is one to keep on your moodboard all year long.
