Hailey Bieber has been steadfast in her commitment to quiet luxury and clean styling: The Row shoes and accessories, muted La Ligne knitwear, Paloma Wool separates, Gap denim, a suite of tailored pants. Whether she’s diving into the DKNY or Calvin Klein for archival suits or tapping an IYKYK brand, she usually lets the clothes do the talking. The whispering.
Stepping out yesterday to go shopping in West Hollywood, the Rhode mogul and model wore a bottle green Dior sweater, her favorite pair of loose indigo blue Gap jeans, a Gucci bamboo handle bag, and her go-to flip-flops. It was a classic Hailey Bieber look, casual and easy chic. And though she’s not usually one for a statement-making, tagline-emblazoned top (insert a special fleeting mention to that infamous “Nepo Baby” tee), this one works for a few reasons.
Dior, now headed up by creative director Jonathan Anderson, has never felt more vocal since the Irish designer debuted with mens in June and womens at this past Paris Fashion Week. His first womenswear collection for spring 2026 is already out on the red carpet: Jennifer Lawrence, at the Rome Film Festival earlier this month, wore the puffy and billowing look 56, while Greta Lee wore look nine at Vogue World Hollywood: a sweetly embroidered dress with a collar and bow at the back, topped with a “Stingray” hat. Bieber and her stylist Dani Michelle, surely, are taking note.
Anderson’s Dior has also been enjoying plenty of street style moments too, with Lawrence and Rihanna toting the canary yellow, “Dracula by Bram Stoker” book tote. It’s these elements of Dior—a playful accessory or piece, still of the highest quality, easily L.A. daytime appropriate—that feels just about right in the Hailey Bieber style lexicon.
We all know Bieber looks to Anthony Vaccarello’s Saint Laurent designs for her most glitzy occasions—including picking up a recent award—but could we see more of a dalliance with Anderson’s Dior in the near future?
