Giorgio Armani Fall 2014 Ready-to-Wear

The new Giorgio Armani collection

focused on two colors.

Pale gray and pale green.

Remarkably compatible.

From the very first outfit,

the dominant mood was serenity.

I know I m feeling pretty zen right now.

I felt that this was a very serene show.

I think that this was a very good collection.

It was simpler than Armani shows

have been in recent seasons

but it felt very Armani to me.

It feels like a return to

a very sure place for him

and the clothes were graceful and timeless.

I love the bags.

I think the accessories,

he really did also a lot

but there is kind of a femininity

and glamour in a way

that is really nice.

I think it s great.

I love the beginning suits

and there was a lovely coat

that was almost umbre

with the gray and green.

The evening dresses,

women would just die for some

of those sparkly gowns.

[Tim] A very reduced color palette

but it wasn t limiting.

It was very Armani.

You know this is his palette

and the fact that he put in this light green,

it just makes everything more feminine,

I don t know, more light.

[Cindy] It was very pretty with

that pistachio green

and black and gray.

Very feminine.

And even more you know,

I was very surprised to see the boots in a way.

Serene show.

That s the word that kept coming to mind.
