The idea is not typical Chanel suit,

this is a material that we make

to look a little like the high-tech thing.

It makes like an embroidery effect.

I thought it was very interesting

how they played with the soft and the hard.

It s all in the innovation,

you know there threads made of wires,

like I could see from close.

It s interesting how they managed to keep the Chanel coats,

like you know you re at Chanel,

but at the same time, there are new fabrics and new coats.

I loved the way the colors

were exploding into the tweed.

That is great for that because I mean,

even in a black one, you can feel all those links

and the way it was attributed to tradition

with the laces, the lingerie.

I really enjoyed it.

Karl as a designer is amazing.

He s just going to continue to evolve,

keeping that unique nature

and that idea of youth close to him

is what continues to drive it forth.
