Haider Ackermann Spring 2016 Ready-to-Wear

I really wanted to have this gang of girls

with personalities that were going for

whatever they wanted, wherever their road was.

We all want to belong to a family.

Some people want to belong to a nation.

We all need to find the strength with each other,

even though we re all individuals,

and even though we all have our story to tell.

I m always blown out by Haider Ackermann s shows,

cause they re always filled with strength of a woman,

that also has this vulnerability.

It was like punk aristocrats mixed with

all those beautiful textures and pastel colors.

I love the mix of materials that Haider plays with.

There was this very punkness mixed with this poeticness.

It was cool, I really liked it, it was kind of like,

sort of pastely punk thing which I thought was great.

Always he keeps his really essential part,

and it s very feminine but in a really,

you know, tough way.

I m really a big fan of his work.

I enjoy to have this exercise of style to play with colors

and to play with a kind of madness.

It was a challenge for me to try it.
